Akira Kurasawa directed the most famous Samurai film ever, The Seven Samurai, which has been copied by the west many times, (Resovoir dogs, Magnificent seven). I chose this name as the samurai were the first people to take advantage of alloyed steel and the heat treating process in their swords. Hidden Nation has now taken the evolved forms of these processes to create a custom Reynolds Tubeset made up of the heat treated, air-hardening and double butted 853 maintubes combined with 525 Cro-Moly seat and chainstays. The AKIRA frame has been designed with the modern styles of riding in mind. For those riders that like to flow, who can get the most from a lightweight frame. This frame is not really built for the heavy street riders out there (thats coming later in the year).

To maximise the strength to weight ratio all excess fat has been trimmed from the frame like the middle of the tubes and with additions like a euro BB and oversize seat tube with integrated clamp, it allows the use of lighter seatposts to be used without any sacrifice in strength.
